The German Summer School is a 10 day residential course designed to rapidly improve your German language skills and increase your understanding of the cultural life of German speaking countries. Enjoy the experience of total language immersion – far more than just a language course!

The Goethe-Institut Australien offers tuition in the mornings, a choice of stimulating special interest workshops in the afternoons, and a wide spectrum of activities and excursions outside core hours.

Summer School residents are adult learners of German of all ages and from all walks of life. They share a common enthusiasm for the German language, a desire to improve their language skills and the wish to balance studying and good fun away from the pressures and the stress of everyday life. The Summer School staff are German native speakers and language teaching specialists.
