AGTV/GI Annual Weekend Conference for Teachers of German

All teachers of German are welcome at this annual conference organised by the AGTV and the Goethe-Institut in Melbourne. The theme this year reflects the many educational and life opportunities learning German offers for students in Australia and beyond.  The conference program will feature local, interstate and international presenters, as well as exhibitors.

The Kultur und Sprache section of the Austrian Bundesministerium für Unterricht und Kultur are again sending a keynote speaker, who will also conduct a workshop. Topics are:

Keynote: Deutsch öffnet Fenster nach Europa

Workshop: Österreich und die Welt - Interkulturalität im Deutschunterricht

Call for Papers closes on 24th June: See URL link.

Registration closes 19th August: See URL link.

The AGTV is grateful for the support from the Goethe-Institut Australia in organising this conference. This conference is supported with the funding from the grant to the AGTV from the Victorian government Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.
