The Teachers' Association of German Western Australia (TAGWA) is the organisation that is helping the German language find its way into classrooms throughout Western Australia.

TAGWA organises student activities, competitions, the DAS Exam, student exchange programs and meetings for teachers of German.

Goethe-Institut Australia, in cooperation with the Department of Education and TAGWA, is offering professional development for current and future teachers of German.
